Background:
MUR International Services is an authorized private sector initiations established by an enthusiastic multidisciplinary group of professionals to provided integrated services to the expatriate living in Nepal either on short/or long term tenure. The overall objective of the organization is to make the foreign nationals' life more comfortable, enjoyable while in Nepal. The company is registered under the Government of Nepal (Office of the Company Registrar) Regd no. 57585/065/066 on 2008 November 16. It has a core roster of staff providing excellent reliable services in household duties, legal services, travel/trekking, visa extension, marriage/child adoption, language training, orientation classes on culture/ religion/ tradition/laws/ rules/ regulation and many more. We have a network with a wide range of services providers' like- hotels, travel agencies, house rental services, transportation, educational institutions, clinic and others. We believe in " Athiti Debo Bhawa (Guests are God)". Our motto is the provide quality services with a full customer satisfaction. So, the services/consultation fee/charge is kept nominal. The Typical Services Provided by the Company:
- Assisting the clients to acquire rental houses, apartments, hotels, guest house, hostels etc either for long or short term,
- Assisting to provide domestic helpers, cook, gardeners, drivers etc,
- Assisting to provide households goods with delivery services,
- Arrange/provide orientation classes on existing rules, regulations, religions, customs etc,
- Arrange/organize seminar hall, press conferences, workshops, training hall, interpreters, languages courses and others,
- Arrangement of road/ air ticketing, hotel booking, transportation, road permit, porters, guides and others,
- Assist to select schools/colleges, training centers, yoga/fitness/health clubs/classes and others,
- Assist to acquire driving licenses, visa extensions, renew documents etc as per need,
- Assist, facilitation, legal consultation in establishment of company, industries, hotel and other investments
- Legal assistance/support to organize wedding ceremony, selection life partners, God children etc as per Nepalese rules and regulations,
- Support in placements of volunteers, employment in Nepalese institutions/organizations.
- Support/assist in case of sickness/casualty,
- Provide legal advice in case of any legal complicacy according to the Nepalese law,
- Document certification, translations, transcription etc,
- Provide information on the foreigners willing to visit Nepal,

Service/consultation fee(s):
A number of well reputed services providers are registered and/or in contact with MUR (which are regularly updated). The specialized services provided by MUR are as follows:
· Lodging/housing services: Are you looking for a house/apartment for a rent either for short and/or long period? We have a roster of rental houses service providers with a number of well comfortable, beautiful, secured/well furnished with an elegant scenic view at prime locations. We will arrange meeting/observations of the proposed houses. Service Charge: observation fee: Rs 1000/ (US$ 10.oo), placement fee Rs 5000/ (US$ 50.oo).
· Employment services: Are you looking for a cook, gardeners, maids, drivers, helpers, Nepali language teachers, translators, porters, trekking guides, veterinarians, doctors, computer operators, typist and others? We have a roster of well trained, enthusiastic and reliable staff; we will arrange meeting/interviews between our staff and you. Service Charge: Interview fee: Rs 1000/ (US$ 10.oo), placement fee Rs 2000/ (US$ 20.oo).
· Hotel booking, air/bus ticketing, vehicles on rent, conference/seminar hall services: Are you looking for a good hotel, transportation, hall for seminars etc? We have a list of all good hotels/restaurants, conference hall and travel/tour organizers, vehicles etc. We will arrange booking, ticketing and renting as per your need and resources. Service Charge: hotel booking/ticketing fee: Rs 500/ (US$ 5.oo).
· Groceries, drinks, home appliances, ornamental plants etc: Do you want us to supply groceries, drinks, home appliances, plants, pet animals and others? We have a list of well reputed/reliable market/shopping centers. We will arrange shopping and home delivery of your choice. Service Charge: Rs 500/ (US$ 5.oo; within Kathmandu valley).
· Investment opportunities in Company, business, tourism sectors etc: Are you looking for an opportunity for investment to establish companies, industries, tourism and others? We provide you consultation and prepare legal documents. Service charge Rs 5000/ (US$ 50.oo).
· Placement of volunteers etc: We have a list of educational institutes, NGOs, community organizations in urban as well as remote areas seeking volunteers (teachers, community workers, health assistant etc) for short/long term basis. We will provide placement and logistic support. Service Charge: Rs 5000/. (US $ 50.oo)
· Educational/ health/yoga classes: Are you looking for an educational institutes for your kids as well as for yourself? Or, are you looking for best hospital for treatments? Don't worry; we have a roster of well reputed educational institute, hospitals/clinics, yoga centers with high standards and reliable performance. We will arrange meeting/observations, house services between clients and service providers. Service Charge: observation fee: Rs 1000/ (US $ 10.oo), placement fee Rs 2000/ (US$ 20.oo).
· Legal support services: We have a roster legal experts, service providers willing to assist in legal marriage with Nepali nationals, adoption of Nepali child, renewable of visa, passports, driving licenses, permit for traveling, translation of documents into Nepali VS English and Vice versa etc and also we deal with all kind of legal complicacies Service Charge: Rs 5000/ (US $ 50.oo); and,
· Other services as per your needs.
